Thirty minutes with an engineer about your product, or a message if you would rather write. What to have to hand so the call is useful.
Book a call
Thirty minutes with an engineer, not a salesperson. You describe your product and how you sell it. We tell you whether the law covers it, which group it looks like, which dates apply and what the work would be. If it is not covered, or not something we do, we say so on the call.
This is the conversation writing does badly, so it is the one we book. Everything after it is mostly written: you do your part when it suits your week, we do ours. You do not need a call to get a price — every price is on the pricing page, the same in every country.
Pick a time below. Calls are in daytime Paris hours. We work in English, and can talk in French or Greek.
What to have to hand
No preparation needed. The call goes faster if you know:
- which products and versions you sell in the EU, and under whose name;
- how people get the product: installed software, an app, firmware on a device, a library, or a service with something to install;
- where your code lives and what builds it;
- whether anything already produces a list of what is inside your product, and whether there is a public way to report a security problem to you;
- who in your company would deal with a report to an authority today.
If your code is public, we can scan it live during the call and look at the result together.

We are a two-person firm and we would rather be honest about that than promise a phone somebody is always sitting beside. Found a security problem in our own systems or this site? The security page is the right route.
